Christmas at the Greens

We had a wonderful Christmas this year! The girls had so much fun. Kennadi understood more about what was going on this year. The girls got a new puppy named Emmi. She is a maltipoo and is very sweet. This, of course, was Halle's favorite gift. Other favs were Halle's Heeley's and Kennadi's baby doll. It was a fun and busy holiday. I hope everyone had a great day and made many wonderful memories. I know we did!

Santa, No Thank You!

We went to visit Santa last Saturday. We got the girls all dressed up. We arrived and Kennadi watched the other children getting their pictures taken. She was smiling and waving at Santa, from a distance. We have a 4 foot singing Santa at home that she loves. But, as you can tell from the photo, she doesn't like Santa to hold her. I wanted them to take the pic anyway because I thought it would be cute later in life. My mom has a photo of me at about the same age doing just about the same thing. Halle has always loved Santa, so this is a new experience for us. Oh well, there is always next year!

Christmas Card Pics

Well, I did the dreaded Christmas card pics the other day. They turned out okay, but it is so stressful trying to get both girls to look and smile at the same time. I practically have to stand on my head to get that to happen! I know most of you can relate.
Anyway, I am sending my cards out today. I hope you guys enjoy! Merry Christmas!

The Concert of the Year

Halle and her daddy had a wonderful time at the concert. Brant said it took a few hours to get their hearing back!
They had floor seats and just had the best time ever. Again, I want to say a big THANK YOU to Kari and her cousin Tracy for the tickets. I think this will be something she will never forget.

Hannah Montana

OMG! Today has been an exciting day at the Green House. This morning we took Halle to the Santa train in Magnet Cove. After leaving there, we received a phone call from my wonderful friend Kari. Kari's cousin Tracy had gotten a hold of Hannah Montana tickets. For those of you who don't know, this concert is sold out. Halle wanted to go so bad, but we weren't able to get tickets. We surprised her at the last minute today with tickets. Her daddy is taking her because I have a Christmas concert to sing in tonight at church. Brant and Halle are on their way as I type. She is super excited! I know she is going to have a blast. I am so thankful for good friends who take the time to think about you. Thanks again Kari!
